Our maintenance house cleaning service is the most popular service and the one that works best for most of our customers. Most choose us to help them out with maintaining and cleaning their homes while they’re busy running errands, spending quality time with their families, or working and looking forward to coming home to a stress-free, clean home. We have a highly selective hiring process with all hired applicants. Why? because we want you to TRUST US in your home. That’s no small feat and we pride ourselves in being a cleaning service that you feel safe to have in your home.
We focus on residential cleaning services, including homes, rental properties, condominiums, and apartments. You can adapt our cleaning schedule to a one-time service, or turn it into recurring cleaning. It is your choice and you can modify or change what you want at any time. Just give us a call!
House Cleaning Checklist
- Countertops cleaned including tile and backsplash
- Outside of range hood cleaned
- Top and front of range cleaned
- Stove and outside oven wiped down
- Sinks cleaned and disinfected, chrome shined
- Outside of all appliances wiped down
- Floors vacuumed and mopped
- Cobwebs removed
- Microwave wiped out
- General dusting
- Trash removed
- All tables and chairs wiped and disinfected
- Clean interior of all windows and seals
- All light switch covers and, doorknobs cleaned and disinfected
- Empty sink and load dishwasher with dirty dishes (may incur extra time)
- Tile walls, bathtubs, and shower cleaned and disinfected
- Shower doors cleaned and disinfected
- Vanity and sink cleaned and disinfected
- Mirrors and chrome fixtures cleaned and shined
- Floors washed and disinfected/carpets vacuumed
- Toilets cleaned and disinfected
- Mildew chemically treated
- Cobwebs removed
- General dusting
- Trash removed
- Interior of all windows and seals cleaned
- All light switch covers and doorknobs cleaned and disinfected
- Light fixtures wiped
- All Cobwebs removed
- Grout cleaned
- Soap scum and stains removed from tubs

- Linens changed (client leaves fresh linens out they’d like placed on bed)

- Light switch covers and doorknobs, cleaned and disinfected
- Furniture dusted and all mirrors cleaned
- Baseboards wiped
- Your choice!
That last point is important. “Your choice” means that you can tell us what particularly is stressing you out. Is the kitchen the bane of your existence? Does the master bedroom need to be cleaned because it often receives the least amount of attention due to your hectic daily schedule? No problem – we are on it.
HOW DO I GET READY?
Alright, you’re ready to take the leap with at least one cleaning! You can just click the “Book Now!” button to set up your first cleaning appointment – unless you set up repeating cleanings. We won’t ask you to book again. It’s your call, because it’s your home.
Before cleaning day our team will be in touch via email or phone to get some details from you. On cleaning day we will arrive ready to get to work. If you have anything of particularly high value like an antique vase or heirloom of sorts, we can be sure to give it a wide space. We do recommend doing your best to rein in as much clutter as you can. We will happily deal with clutter for you but it may mean a price adjustment due to an above-average job. Either way, we are there to serve you and if you just want help with clutter, then that’s what we’ll do!
