what is considered gross filth?
Gross filth cleanup is different from a hoarder cleanup situation for several different reasons. It is not exclusive to residential settings, and it’s common for this level of filth to occur in meth houses or transient situations.

PPE is a critical component of our process that is sometimes required by law or regulation, depending on the job we are performing. Pearlstine's Cleaning follows the Center of Disease Control and Prevention's (CDC's) safety and disease prevention guidance and recommendations. PPE is often required for Gross Filth cleanup.
After an initial assessment of area(s) has been inspected and determination has been made, customer will receive a written scope of job estimate and PPE that will be used.

While we utilize our proprietary products that contains high levels of "Hypochlorites” and our thorough three-phase sanitization process, there may still be instances where all levels of stains cannot be completely removed, and permanent discoloration may also occur. Achieving a "like new" appearance may not be attainable. While conducting each estimate, we also inspect for mold, which we treat.
