Electrostatic Spraying
Electrostatic Spraying applies an electrically charged disinfectant solution spray onto any exposed surface. Compared to traditional cleaning and disinfecting, our electrostatic spraying performs the process 70% faster, saving you time. While traditional cleaning can take an entire day, and still result in cross-contamination. Electrostatic spraying and UV-C lighting are more effective at eliminating bacteria and microscopic viruses. Hard-to-reach spots are often difficult to clean, that’s where electrostatic spraying comes in. It acts like a magnet and wraps around dirty surfaces, leaving your home or workspace germ and bacteria-free.
UV-C disinfecting
In addition to Electrostatic Spraying, Our proprietary process includes UV-C light, the same used in hospitals and labs, as well as food and air-water purification facilities. UV-C light is proven to be 99.9% effective by disrupting the DNA of viruses and bacteria, rendering them inactive and unable to reproduce. Cleaning vs disinfecting
Cleaning before disinfection is critical, as organic matter and Dirt reduces the ability of disinfectants to kill germs.
Cleaning
Cleaning means physically removing germs, dirt, and organic matter from surfaces. Cleaning alone does not kill germs, but by reducing the number of germs on surfaces, it helps to reduce the risk of spreading infection
Disinfection
Disinfection means using chemicals to kill germs on surfaces. This process does not necessarily clean dirt surfaces or remove dust, but by Killing germs that remain on surfaces after cleaning, disinfection further reduces the risk of spreading infection.

Are Pearlstine’s Disinfection processes really safe?
We use only food-safe, hospital-grade solutions that are tough on germs, but not on our customers or pets.
Do you disinfect homes and businesses only?
We can apply our processes to a multitude of industries, vehicles, and various locations/areas. Contact us for more details.
How does it work?
After an initial assessment of your business or residence is completed, we will formulate a specific plan to address your needs.
What chemicals will be used?
All disinfectants used in our process are registered on the EPA list N for effectiveness against the coronavirus specifically. However, these solutions also work on all other pathogens, bacteria, and viruses as well. All solutions range from botanicals, alcohol, hydrogen peroxide, and more.
Does the location need to be clear of people or pets?
It is recommended that the area be clear of all individuals and pets. In some instances, it may not be mandatory in certain commercial environments depending on their size.
How long will I have to wait before re-entering the facility or home?
We recommend re-entry 1 hour after we are done with the entire process.
Do you recommend cleaning the establishment before disinfection?
Cleaning the area(s) prior to disinfection is part of our process.
Is UV-C light safe to use in a home or business?
Yes, the UV-C light is safe when used properly. The lamp will be only used in empty and closed rooms with a set timer and auto-shut-off motion sensors. Our disinfection lamps are eco-friendly and chemical and ozone-free. Our device is tested in the USA and is FDA and EPA-certified. All staff are periodically trained to operate them.
How does the UV-C disinfect?
UVC light is proven to be 99.9% effective by disrupting the DNA of viruses and bacteria, rendering them in- activated and unable to reproduce. The service is designed to target SARS- Cov-2, allergens, bacteria, mold, and viruses on surfaces and in the air.
How much of the room does the light disinfect?
Our disinfection lamp reaches a 40 feet radius, disinfecting rooms as large as 1,000 square feet. As long as the light touches it, it will disinfect it. This includes surfaces and the air.
Do you recommend cleaning the establishment before disinfection?
Cleaning the area(s) prior to disinfecting is part of our process.
Does the light work on mold?
Yes, UV-C light will kill mold and other allergens. It will work for musty odors as well.
If it is safe, why can’t my pets or I be in the room?
Like the sun, UV-C light at high doses can be harmful to the skin and eyes. It may cause red spots or eye irritation but does not cause cancer or cataracts. We will take extra precautions with UV-C protective glasses used by the team.
Is UV-C safe for plants?
The light is not safe to be used next to plants. We recommend covering up or moving plants to another room during the service.
